Cole Buxton™ offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure your garments meet our standards of daily wear and athletic essentialism.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Cole Buxton™ labels and hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
